Balagopalan (b. Kasaragod, Kerala) is a Delhi-based contemporary artist whose practice spans sculpture, painting, and kinetic installations. A graduate of the Chamarajendra Academy of Visual Arts (CAVA), Mysore University, he explores themes of history, politics, memory, and cultural transformation through material experimentation. His recent projects examine the intersections of tradition and modernity, often reinterpreting antique techniques within contemporary contexts.
