Commercial Print-On-Demand License Agreement

1. Grant of License

The Artist grants the Licensee (the website/platform) a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Print the artwork on physical products
• Sell those products through their platform
• Market and display the artwork for promotional use

This license is for commercial use limited to print-on-demand products only.

2. Royalty Terms

• The Artist will receive a royalty percentage of each product sold that features the artwork.
• Royalties must be reported and paid monthly (or as agreed).
• The Licensee must provide transparent sales data for all products using the artwork.

3. Rights Retained by Artist

The Artist retains:

• Full copyright to the artwork
• The right to license the artwork to other parties
• The right to sell prints, digital versions, or merchandise independently

No copyright transfer occurs under this agreement.

4. Restrictions on the Licensee

The Licensee may NOT:

• Sell or distribute the digital file
• Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork
• Allow third parties to use the artwork without the Artist’s permission
• Modify or alter the artwork without written approval

5. Usage for Promotion

The Licensee may use the artwork in marketing materials (website, social media, ads) only to promote the products featuring the artwork, not as standalone content.

6. Term & Termination

• This license remains active until either party ends it with 30 days written notice.
• If the Licensee violates any terms, the Artist may terminate immediately.
• After termination, the Licensee must stop producing and selling products with the artwork.

7. Liability

The Artist is not responsible for production issues, printing errors, or product quality.
The Licensee must ensure original artwork is used ethically and legally
