A. Both Mounted and Gallery Wrap canvas are pre-stretched on light weight wooden bar and ready to hang on wall. The only difference is that in case of Mounted, the image covers only on the front surface and plain white on side of the stretcher bars. In case of Gallery wrap, the picture rolled on side edges also.

Your canvas is carefully hand stretched over a profiled quality sustainable wood frame and securely stapled so that the canvas is taught over the bars. We then apply tape on the edge of the canvas to the frame at the back to protect against dust, and insert stainless steel hanging wire and eyelets making your stretched canvas print Ready-to-Hang as soon as it is delivered to your door.

We get the printing done on the most advanced HP Latex series & Epson HD printers, using their best inks that last up to 75 years as far as they are out of direct ultra violet light.

Most marks can be easily removed by running a duster over the canvas or giving it a light clean with the vacuum cleaner using the brush to get rid of any dust on the surface. If the mark is still there then you can wipe the canvas gently using a plain white wet cloth. To keep the vibrant colors alive for ages, avoid direct ultra violet light /sun light on the paintings.

Most of the paintings that are displayed on our gallery section, are licensed or copyright free, to print and sell by us. However, you retain the copyright for the images that you provide for us to print. We also assure that the images provided to us for printing, will be safe and there will be no misuse of it at our end. Please also ensure that you do not infringe anyone else copyright with your photos. You can go through our Terms & Condition for details.

We process the four most common image types. All digital cameras and graphic design programs will produce at least one of these file types. The types we accept are JPG, JPEG & PNG. Our preferred file type is JPEG, which produces excellent print results and efficient file sizes! If your image is in a different format, please save it as one of the above formats before submitting to us. Your digital camera produces images in a colour space we support – typically RGB. If you prefer, you can also upload images in Adobe RGB or any other popular RGB Colour Profile. Please do not upload images in the CMYK colour space - colour shifting is likely to occur. There may be minor chance for a very light colour variation appearance in the image and print, due to different calibrations settings of computer systems.

You can upload files up to 25 MB in size. If your image is larger than 25 MB, and you want to give order for special size, then you may have to contact us n such exception cases. Please contact our team at care@artbaazaar.co.in and you will get solution. There is also an image resolution limit of 80 megapixels (MP). Mega is a prefix for one million, meaning your image can have up to eighty million pixels. That’s a huge amount! In fact, even the highest end cameras don’t take images that large. So you can be sure this is more than enough resolution to create excellent prints at any of our sizes. To calculate the megapixels of your image, you only need to know the pixel dimensions of your image and plug them into this simple formula: (pixel width * pixel height) / 1,000,000 = MP.

All orders are packaged with our time-tested, super-tough packaging materials. That said, accidents do happen and if your order does get damaged during shipping, you will be completely covered as all of our shipments are fully insured.

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to produce your Canvas artwork. Please note that this is an average time. Because each piece of art is a custom product, production times can vary slightly depending upon the size and order.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times vary depending on which part of India you live in but the estimated time for most major Indian cities is between 4-8 days. More details are given under Shipping Policy.
