The painting features four standing saints arranged in a row, with two kneeling donors in the foreground. Each saint is identified by a golden halo and specific attributes. On the far left is Saint Nicholas of Tolentino, dressed in a black Augustinian habit adorned with stars. He holds a book and a lily stalk, his typical emblems. Next to him stands Saint Roch, depicted in simple pilgrim's attire of grey and yellow, pointing to a plague sore on his thigh, a symbol of his healing powers and suffering. He leans on a staff.
