This bold and symbolic artwork confronts the socio‑cultural taboos surrounding menstruation in India. A sanitary pad is depicted with bananas and an onion placed upon it, juxtaposing everyday food items with menstrual imagery to highlight the absurdity and stigma around menstrual hygiene.
